The purpose of the framework is to help teams to go faster by providing all of the standards, guidelines, process & system documentation and training materials, so that you do not have to reinvent things which already exist. This framework has been launched to develop their skills and focus to maintain the core standards for the brand, making sure that we achieve our customer promise - to deliver great food and drink, and a good nights sleep, served by people who care, in a clean comfortable well maintained environment.

At this stage most of these materials come from the UK business, it is my ambition that in the future there will be material here which has been created in all of our markets so that Premier Inn teams in all geographies are contributing to building the brand everywhere, and making our business the most customer focused hospitality company in the world!
